Ive been referred to the Persistent Pain clinic at Robina hospital. They are a team of Physios, pharmacists, occupational therapists, and they have these fantastic groups and individual therapies to help manage chronic pain. They also have a hydrotherapy pool. I've found them very helpful so far, and they are helping me to manage my pain. Definitely worth looking into. Ring Robina Hospital and have a chat with them. The first appointment is a group info session to see if they can help you or not. Good luck:-)
