Salon Deluge on 164 th by the Subway, just south of mill plain. If you want a more personalized touch and stylists that will listen to you it's a great salon. It is a little on the girly side but they do great men's haircuts. If you want someone experienced ask for the owner. I can't recall her name right now but she'll take good care of you.

I've always wanted to try out Royal's barber shop on 4 th plain near Grand... mostly because it has a big PBR sign on the window. I like to think they offer beer with a haircut. Not in the area you mentioned, but I've always been curious about it.

Ask for Taylor at Sunrise Salon Spa near the mall. Dude has been cutting my hair for close to a year and he's pretty got dang amazing at it. He's pretty passionate about cutting hair, so he takes great care and pride in it. I haven't been this happy with a barber in over 10 years, not since I left Britain and the man who cut my hair from age 4 to 17. He listens to your input and makes thoughtful suggestions which is nice.
