Don't mess around with skin CA. I have a gentleman friend who lost half his nose, ear and cheek, by putting off treatment. Dr. Kaufman in Thousand Oaks does a procedure called Mohs, its very precise, Google it. Not many surgeons are qualified to do Mohs Surgery. Best to you.

I don't have direct experience with alternatives, but I did have one BSC removed 13 years ago, my mom has had numerous, as well as one melanoma. I heard from a friend once that she used "black salve" or something like that. Its a "natural" substance, but I wouldn't call it non-toxic, as its works by irritating the skin to shed layers. My friend's story was that you apply it daily for perhaps weeks. Eventually the tissue gets "eaten" away from the caustic effect of the tar. Of course, it would mean wearing a bandage on your nose for this whole time, since you have to keep the black salve in constant contact with the lesion, and you're effectively creating an open wound for a prolonged time. I'd go with the MOHS.Dr. Chiu in Oxnard and Dr. Wells in Camarillo both do MOHS. Before deciding I'd go to a plastic surgeon. http://www.skincancer.org/skin-cancer-information/mohs-surgery
