Just as an FYI: the Vernonia Veterinary Clinic will do grooming too, if your dog doesn't like being groomed. We had a cat with long, long hair. By the time she turned 16 (yep...Sweet Sixteen) she couldn't keep up with keeping it clean. She got some mats and was just kind of unkempt. I took her to the groomer where she promptly tried to help the poor woman commit suicide - she HATED the groomer (which I did NOT know or I wouldn't have taken her in). The vet was very patient with her, and very gentle. They took about 4 hours to get her a lion cut. They would work on her until she got stressed out, then let her rest. Then work on her a little again and let her rest. Seriously - they had her for FOUR HOURS and the whole thing cost me $25. They were very kind to her. Just in case your dog reacts badly to the groomer, you know?

Yes they *Happy Dog Grooming do bathing and nails with no grooming. Kristina Carter does Anal glands if needed, where *Kimberly Rader Pultz does not. Creatures Pet store has bathing services also. All three are good choices !
