Janome Magnolia for a digital machine with a few bells and whistles. Singer Heavy Duty for a basic machine. No bells,no whistles, but sews anything I throw at it just fine. I make handbags and wallets mainly on mine. Handles layers, vinyl, plastic, pelltex 71. But still has enough stitches to make outfits as well.
