Very pleased with Semones Heating and Air. They offer a service contract and come out twice a year to check that everything is in good shape. The cost was very affordable and they call you to set up an appointment. AND, most importantly, they show up at the appointed time!

We used Jeff Semones. It was during the freeze so they were dealing with a lot of water pipe breaks so we had to wait a day or two (our issue was not an emergency). But they were resonable and arrived when they said they would.
