Don't get discouraged on cost. I know one engineer/ builder that has taken projects at significantly reduced costs and has even crowdfunded successful builds. He hasn't tackled bumblebee but he might be able to help. He designed a 3 d built prosthetic that was fully functional for a disabled cosplayer and made the design available as an open source design. https://www.armatus-designs.com/portfolio

Thomas DePetrillo has handled a build similar to the size and feature level you describe needing for $5K. Price on those suits starts at $25K to $50K. There may be a bit of a decoupling of expectations that needs to happen here...
