http://www.eagerbeavertreeservice.ca/ Not that I highly recommend them, they are not what I would call the best/cleanest workers out there, but they are the cheapest, and they get the job done. (But you might end up with alittle more cleanup then some of the other places.)

Not Davey tree- they're mad overpriced on a lot of stuff. That's why they have the branded minis. https://www.reddit.com/r/VictoriaBC/comments/753 jfm/tree_removal_arborist_recommendations/ https://www.reddit.com/r/VictoriaBC/comments/9 atept/arborist_suggestions/

Definitely is! I can ask around the office if anyone recommends a school. I just work in the vegetation department at BC Hydro - so a large part of my job was critiquing arborist work aka bad haircuts. I just see this school popping up when I google it http://www.eiti.bc.ca/Certified_Utility_Arborist.html
Tree Removal in Victoria Can anyone recommend a good arborist in Victoria? Looking to have a backyard tree removed.

Scotty tree service did a great job of butchering my tree
EskimoDave replied:
Look your local municipal bylaws and make sure you can actually remove your tree, or else you can get hit with some hefty fines.

Bartlett. They are awesome. My company uses them all the time

We've used quite a few of the tree services in town, IMO Above and Beyond is as good as they come. They book up quick as they're a smaller operation than Davey or Bartlett, but know their stuff, and are about the hardest workers I've ever seen in my life. (Super nice/honest guys too, so that doesn't hurt)
