I have a Hungarian company. The total tax charges on wages and salary is 62%: 25% employee social contribution (that's me), 20% employer social contribution (that's me), and 16% income tax (me again). Now you can pay yourself a minimum salary and the rest in dividends. But dividend payments include the health tax. The total rate is 30%. And if I stay a Hungarian resident I pay 27% VAT tax. And I have Viktor Orbán to worry about. Where is the value?
