Dogs registered by doctors are not registered by law as a certified service animal .... a doctor only does a emotional support animal, you aren't allowed the same privileges of a pet documented by a doctor as you are a animal certified by the state. Certified means it was tested and had to pass test (because it went through training) and is trained for certain duties to help a person such as alert to seizures or sugar drop for diabetes.
