I was just saying education is great but it doesn't always measure success or the quality or qualifications of a person Josh Mckinney is good guy and would be a hard worker but reading your response to Jonathan Clinkenbeard comment the way it sounded that it is a lower pay scale because of education I know it doesn't take smarts to pull a weed and I don't pay 20 a hour for that work but it's not because of your smarts I pay 10 because that's the going rate for weed pulling that's all that needed to be said it's a far wage like you pointed out 10 cash an hour not bad
