Can anyone help? I'm looking for an English speaking therapist I've talked with people, I've searched online, I've done everything short of getting professional help....

One thing to look into is Skype sessions with a therapist from back home (wherever that may be). A friend did not have a lot of success with therapists here and went that route instead.

the relative isolation of being an expat probably isnt helping. maybe its time to pack it up?

Hi..i've not personally tried this site ( http://www.7 cupsoftea.com) but it looks quite good..you can access online therapy or counselling or just chat to members of that network. Everyone needs help every now and again and I think you've made a brave start by reaching out here, so well done for that!

Feel good body scrub followed by an "ooh, I needed that", massage by my amazing therapist, Kristina Chapman! Thank you, again, Tina, for my massage...it was WONDERFUL!...
