Best places to order plants/seeds? I'm trying to plan my garden for this year. I keep seeing everyone's beautiful plants and I'm super inspired but there's not really...

I order most of my seeds from three or four places: Baker Creek Heirloom — rareseeds.com Select Seeds — selectseeds.com Park Seed — parkseed.com John Scheepers — kitchengardenseeds.com I love the planting charts that Burpee has on their site, but their seeds are way overpriced. I only buy from them during their half-price sales. I also buy lots of plants online. I get most of them from a few places like: Bluestone Perennials — bluestoneperennials.com K. van Bourgondien — dutchbulbs.com New Garden Plants — newgardenplants.com — and a few other places. Watch for sales, and always compare prices. Google is your friend!

For heirloom seeds, I like [Baker Creek](https://www.rareseeds.com/) in Missouri. Quick shipping. For fruits, there is a wonderful wholesaler in Virginia called [Eastern Shore](http://esnursery.com/index.php) — I’m sure there is a garden center near you that sells their stuff. Both of these sites include great info on the available varieties.

Totally Tomatoes catalog for tomatoes and other veggies. https://www.totallytomato.com/ Loggee's for tropicals and citrus. https://www.logees.com/ Raintree Nursery for fruit trees, but they are in Oregon, so maybe there is someone closer who has fruit trees. I'd ask your County Extension Agent master gardener. Heirloom Roses from David Austin Roses or Heirloom Roses. https://www.davidaustinroses.com/us/ https://www.heirloomroses.com/ I'd ask your local conservation society or County Extension Agent for the best wild flowers for your area. There are so many! Selected Seeds and also try this Virginia Butterfly Flowers website: https://www.plantnovanatives.org/butterflies

Southern Exposure Seed Exchange is located in Mineral, Virginia, and what they sell will grow in your area. [http://www.southernexposure.com/](http://www.southernexposure.com/) They produce their own seed right there in Va., so it's already acclimatized. I get most of my seed from them, if I'm not saving my own. As for trees, I got my apple trees from Stark Bros. in Missouri. [https://www.starkbros.com/](https://www.starkbros.com/) None of our local nurseries would sell us a few trees unless they installed them, so we ordered from Starks and got our trees in under a week.

I'm not sure passionflower would work in Virginia...
