Not sure about there but if you can't please think about coming up to Georgetown in D.C and seeing Dr. Jessica Alaini. She is amazing. She could probably work with you and a local neuro and you could see her once or twice a year. I have been seeing her for about five years. I have suffered for 40+ years but this is the first time I have ever felt like someone was actually doing something for me
