I won't give a negative or positive review. We respect other company's to not be disrespectful or trash another hard working company. Since I have never had them personally work on my home I don't feel it would be right to say one way or another. My husband does own a HVAC company that competes with this one like all others so it wouldn't be Godly or proper to say one way or another. But I am sure someone can give you the review you are looking for. Just keep in mind All company's are slammed and when dealing with a home warranty it can take time to get a unit fixed if the home warranty has to order the parts.-sorry couldn't help.
