He called and sounded like a great guy. Anthony and Nick (Rogue Services) are young, talented and professional. I had a list of repairs, including stairs to the garage being rebuilt, fixing and staining the deck and taking care of a leak into the basement. They did it all quickly, cleanly and at a fair price.

Robert, We still want to see if we can do better with the service provider list. There isn't a great solution. The fb docs are only word docs and not easy to format. And it is a time sucker, to try and update on a spreadsheet to keep it timely. Joseph Savoly was keeping it going for a while, but our conversations have grown 10 fold..so tough to keep up. I haven't given up. David Clarke offered to meet to discuss it. Anyone else want to participate? But in the meantime, I'm glad you found the search function...I use it a lot...since we have multiple conversations sometimes about the same request. It really is "a decent solution".
