We used Just Floors. They have a showroom on 32 in the CVS strip. Wife runs the showroom and the husband and son install. Great people!

We recently used Just Floors as well. They install what they sell. Lowe's or other retailer will give you contacts of independent contractors you can contact to install. They usually have rate sheets. Just remember, you usually get what you pay for.
