We had a gas leak a couple years ago, and after repeated attempts to fix it, the gas company wouldn't turn our heat back on. This guy finally fixed it for us, he was great and he didn't rob us blind. My faith in (wo)man kind has been restored. The plumber stopped by, told me what I needed, showed it to me at at homedepot.com, and didn't charge me a service call. Got the stuff and fixed it myself. Do however need my strong son in law to tighten it for me
