If it's a Cardiopulmonary issue, I very very highly recommend Vatcardia in Praga. Rafal and Michal both speak excellent English and are both very good at using USG machines and explaining what they find. If the problem isn't something they specialise in, they can refer you to somebody who does specialise in that area. Depends where you live and if you have a car- I would really recommend http://www.legwet.pl/ They even did first surgery for bionic legs for dog, so they are innovative, smart, and they know their job.
