If it's a Cardiopulmonary issue, I very very highly recommend Vatcardia in Praga. Rafal and Michal both speak excellent English and are both very good at using USG machines and explaining what they find. If the problem isn't something they specialise in, they can refer you to somebody who does specialise in that area.
