i don't know what kind of physiotherapy do you need, but i can recommend this guy: http://maciejrygalski.prv.pl/. he fixed my pain caused by incorrect posture, stress muscle tensions and some horse riding contusions and gave me a relief for a long time. :)my horse riding friends visit him too every now and then with good results. he has standard prices and a mobile massage bed, so he can come to your place.
