Dude get this 5500 k 85 watt bulb...it's almost as bright as daylight(6500 k), uses only 85 watts and fits the standard sockets regular CFL's use. Because of that, it is great for the road as well. http://1000 bulbs.com/product/52919/FC85-81183.html?utm_source=SmartFeedPriceGrabber&utm_medium=Shopping&utm_term=FC8581183&utm_content=LightBulbsCompactFluorescentsCFLs2 to200WattScrewIn80 to85WattCFL400WEqualCompactFluorescents4100K400WattEqualCompactFluorescents&utm_campaign=SmartFeedPriceGrabber&thissku=FC85777 dash77781183&site=pricegrabber.com
Misha Mansoor the ring light is really nice. If you are trying to build some contrast I would suggest the k4000 s light kit. It's bicolor in temp and they are all dimmable in the set so u can set the intensity on the fly. Just need some stands. I suggest avenger stands if u got the cash or go with some Lowels. Some sand bags too.

I'll ask our resident video expert what he got Jeffrey Keith Negus. They're fantastic for video, and not on the crazy expensive side if I recall.
