If you are willing to drive to Brewerton, I know a girl who does a great job! Her name is Kara Squadrito and she owns a salon in Cicero called "A Step Above". She did my hair for 3 years when I lived in NY and she is the only person who ever did my mom's hair with my mom loving it!
