Honestly, a woman named Moneth (she owns her own business https://www.facebook.com/1907660659459601 Lashes by Moneth). She did my hair, my bridesmaids, and the mother of the bride (4 people total, all morning of). She was cheerful, skilled, she came to us, and was extremely affordable. I seriously cannot recommend her enough. (Feel free to creep facebook photos lol or just ask her for some of her sample pics). She can do a lot, and she's fast!
