As far as connectivity? CenturyLink is better. My Northland internet goes out more often than CenturyLink (keep in mind, this is rare, maybe once a month at around midnight for some reason). As for as CUSTOMER service, Northland is 10000 x better. Every time I call CenturyLink there is always some sort of misunderstanding. They end up charging me for random crap every month (which I call them about every time and they still refuse to fix it). Northland's bill is consistent and, whenever my service is out, they tell me an estimated time on when it will be fixed or send someone out immediately to fix it. I will always recommend Northland over CenturyLink for that reason.
