One of my co-workers just had lasik surgery a week ago at the Flaum Institute at Strong/U of R. He had a great experience and is raving about the results. Cost was around $5,400.00. I am seriously considering it, despite the hefty price tag. I currently wear bifocal contacts with tri-focal progressive reading glasses over them, and my vision is still not what it should be.

I had mine done in fall of 2016 at Robbins Eye and they did a fantastic job. I had zero issues and am so glad I did it. Worth every penny. Now having it done I would have paid even more.

Dr. McRae at Flaum! I have perfect vision now and it was so easy and painless! I think it was $2,200 per eye.. something like that. I planned in advance and maxed out my FSA and used the care credit card! So worth it to wake up everyday and just be able to see

I work at the Eye Institute at Strong- Dr. Scott MacRae is the best LASIK surgeon in Rochester. You should go to one of his seminars that are offered frequently. The number is 273-2020. Worth a call

I did this summer. I went to Flaum Eye Institute and it was quick, easy, and a great group of people. They have monthly seminars to talk about lasik and if you go you can get the consultation for free (instead of $100)!

Dr. Scott MacRae at Flaum, one of the three best eye surgeons in the country. Great results, great staff, worth the investment and peace of mind. Had my LASIK done in 2004 and still see 20/15 which is better than 20/20. Best money I have ever spent. Go to their seminar and learn more. Do your research. Good luck!
