I used to live in Ontario but went to Penfield pediatrics all the way up till I just turned 19 and switched. They are friendly and the nurses/doctors are great!

I'm not used to not getting in the same day at Bay Creek. My daughter has Cystic Fibrosis so any sign of a respiratory cold...upper or lower I'm calling. Christmas break was the first time I ever was told it would take 2 days to get her in. That was a Wednesday. They wanted her to wait til Friday. She's always had same day service because of the CF. I chalked it up to probably tons of physicals being done over break on top of ton of sick kids. They used to know exactly who she was by her name. Now I'm not even sure the same staff in that building are even the same people on the phone. Point is I liked them much better as a small group before they switched to the big group they are now.

Highly recommend North Ponds at 55 Barrett dr Webster. Dr Yosha has been ours for almost 5 yrs! Love it there!!

PenFair Peds. We see Dr Klossner, Ive been taking my kids to him for over 20 years. Amazing dr and the other dr in the practice are great too.

I asked for a main line and at first they told me no, i waited so long i had to hang up and call back another time.. When i asked again i was given a number but told its still going to be a wait?? I used to call and make my appointment in 5 mins now its an all day process.. Plus we now have to have appointments just to get the flu shot? I never had to before.. Michelle Sherman i was calling that number, then i got the 922- 0970 and now they're telling me to call 922-0936.. when i called that number i waited 20 mins!

The wait has definitely gotten a little longer. I waited 13 min 51 seconds to make an appt today and figured it was due to flu season. I called 922- 0970 at 12:05 and am now here waiting for Dr. Jacobs for a 1:15 appt. We love Dr Jacobs so much!!!

Panorama Pediatrics on 441 is phenomenal. About 15-20 minutes from Webster but you can take Five Mile Line all the way to 441. They have many female doctors and nurse practitioners.

I agree with Michelle. The 2 female doctors that own Eastside Pediatrics are absolutely phenomenal. They worked in the Portland Pediatrics Webster location and left to form their own practice. Many of their patients followed...myself included. It's well worth the 10-15 min drive!!!

I love Twelve Corners Pediatrics in Brighton. It's worth the extra drive. My cousins baby was born at 31 weeks with IUGR and a little over 2 lbs. He is a patient there and they offer home visits so she doesn't have to take him in every week. I went their as child and my two kids are patients now, my son was born early at 34 w5 d and they are wonderful!

We take our boys to Dr. Cranshaw at Pediatrics at the Basin. It's a slightly farther drive, but it's a small practice, they don't rush you through appointments & usually only have one kiddo scheduled at a time. She heard my son's heart murmur & sent us to the cardiologist to have it checked out, which led us to discover he needed surgery to repair a hole in his heart! I can't say enough about her and the other doctors in the practice, we are forever grateful to her.

Dr. Davis at the Portland Pediatric group. Our daughter spent some time in the NICU. Dr. Davis is phenomenal. We never got to before my daughter came since she came early. He came right up to the hospital hours after she was born to help us with medical care decisions for her. Their open 7 days a week with evening ours so we have rarely spent any time in a urgent care or er. I won’t take her any place else. The entire team has taken the best care of our daughter that we could ask for. Highly recommend.

Aww congratulations!! We used to go to Penfield pediatrics and we absolutely loved Dr Kaplan. We recently moved our whole family to North Ponds Family Medicine and see Dr Yosha. It was much closer for us and they have been great there! I would recommend either of those doctors. Good luck finding the right for your family.

We use BayCreek Pediatrics on Empire Blv, haven't had any issues. Love all of the doctors there. They just remodeled the office so it's modern, and really clean. They have evening and weekend hours as well. And they are very open to what you have to say and the wishes you have for your child as they progress.

Portland pediatrics is amazing we have been going there for over 3 years now and love it. The Webster office is currently getting a new dr right now but they also have an office in irondequoit.

We see Dr Colton at Panorama Pediatrics. She is amazing, everyone there is amazing. They are open 7 days a week and are in the office until they leave. We had an appointment for my daughter at 8:00 pm a couple weeks ago. They are open for appointments 7 days a week. It's a big office but you are never made to feel like you are just a number.

I know it's not Webster but Legacy pediatrics on South Clinton across from McQuaid is one of the best. Both doctors are ranked as the top 2% pediatricians and doctors in America. We use Dr. Pichichero for our son, he was actually my pediatrician, but Dr. Casey is great too. Dr. P has lots of awards and accomplishments, does his own studies for cures to infectious diseases, asthma and allergies. You can Google his name to look them up. Their website is Legacypediatrics.com. I know it's out of the way and normally I wouldn't comment but your family so I figured I would put it out there.

I highly recommend Dr Carolyn Jacobs at Baycreek. She is awesome.

2 of my kids go to BayCreek. Dr. Marques is awesome. 1 of my kids goes to Portland Peds in Webster (behind Holt Wegmans). They are having a change over in staff, but all of the providers they have had there since we started 2 years ago have been wonderful. (Although we have had to visit Portland Peds in Inrodequoit on the weekend and were not as comfortable with the provider we saw at that office). Love that it is a small office and everyone gets to know you.

Dr Marques at Baycreek Peds is amazing. She not only cares so much about her patients but about their families as well. I’ve had some struggling times and she always makes sure I’m doing ok when I’m there and offering support. I’ve never felt rushed with her and she’s never made me feel like a thought I’ve had is stupid. Love her so much.

Bay Creek Peds is great! we see Dr. Marques and she is very relatable and never in a rush. We've also seen all the other providers in the office and I don't hesitate to see any of them The nurses are on top of it too! Great at returning phone calls, etc.

Mandi Synyard we go to Elmwood Pediatrics in Brighton. They are pretty strict about vaccinations and on their website they state parents opposed to vaccines should seek out care from other providers. I've been going there since I was little and now bring my daughter there.

I'm having a newborn soon but my niece is immune suppressant and I'm with her often. I'm very pro vaccines for those reasons as well. Don't want to take any risks! Jamie Corso

We love Panorama Peds. They are in Linden Oaks-have extended evening and weekend hours if you need them for sick visits. I've always been happy with them and never had an issue getting an appointment when needed.

Dr. Menon at Webster Medical Group has been wonderful for my son.

Go to Portland pediatric and you will never go anywhere. They are open during weekends too. It is a must for small kids. Facility is very clean. Dr Khanna is amazing.

Eastside Pediatrics PPLC Dr. Cordaro and Dr. Barr are amazing and well worth the short drive. Dr. Cordaro saved both mine and my brother's lives when no other doctor would listen, she listens and cares about you and takes your concerns seriously and Dr. Barr does the same! She took care of my youngest brother and "because I know your family and how you all don't present normally and things change quick I'm just going to treat with antibiotics to be safe rather than wait and see" the doctors talk and know the history! Seriously. You will not be disappointed I promise.
