Can anyone please recommend a pediatric ophthalmologist? I just walked out of dr Doyle's office because his staff is so god damn rude!!!
Natasha B. replied:
Dr. Pinchoff is great. My little brother has been going to him for years. He may be in surgery on Tuesday mornings. I know he has fairly late hours as we would go after school (5/6 pm) and his office was always busy. Everyone was friendly and nice though. Good luck!

Well everyone has different experiences with doctors so that's why this page is helpful. I never used Dr Doyle personally but know people who do and they rave about him. I have used the adult practitioners in his practice and was very satisfied with the care. Luckily we have lots of choices living here.

Dr. Pinchoff. He immediately diagnosed my daughter for a condition that another doctor missed. He has since successfully performed corrective surgery on her. His staff is polite and efficient. I highly recommend his office.

I've been working with Dr. Howard Cohen in Franklin Square for 25 years. He is exceptional with both adults and, especially children. A kind, patient man. If your child is over 6 years old and needs just a routine examination, Dr. Cohen is perfect. If your child needs to be seen for a special reason by a pediatric ophthalmologist, Dr. Kronwith has been around a long time. "Bedside" manner aside, you want the brains that go with experience and a good diagnostic opinion. If you'd like to see Dr. Cohen, his number is 354-2542 in Franklin Square. Hope this helps!
