St. Honoré Boulangerie might be worth looking into. Really good bakery on Thurman and 23 rd. http://www.yelp.com/biz/st-honor%C3%A9-boulangerie-portland-3

And then go to Dutch brothers for coffee & bathroom in the woods?! Perfect! until Christina Overbeck Crawford gets a permit from the city to install the first official PRC porta-potty in their city lot next door.

That is what the Clearing Cafe is for. And there is parking there, a lot of groups run from there. And Laurel, if you look at the line, the parking and what not, we wouldn't have run from Grand Central:)

I have an idea! Jim and Patty's coffee on Lovejoy between 22 nd and 23 rd. They open at 7 am on Sundays and at least for now, you can park in the Legacy garage at 22 nd and Lovejoy. In the near future the garage may be more problematic, but for now it is not patrolled on the weekends. There is some parking along Lovejoy as well as on 22 nd between Lovejoy and Kearney.

St. Honore is busy by LR return time but running and a lot of biking groups do them and simply sit outside. Clearing Cafe has groups and despite size does a lot of runners due to proximity to park, I like it. Sticking close to the freeway ramp is plus.
