Restaurants in West Milford, NJ

I asked the same question about West Milford and this is the response I got from the Chamber of Commerce: Hello, I had responded to your email awhile back letting you know that the closest place was on Route 23. I am hapy to inform you that "The Continental" on Greenwood Lake has reopened and I hear it is wonderful so you may want to look into that if you have not already booked something for your trip. And also the old "Vreeland Store" has reopened and I hear they have rooms also, they are in town. Good luck, hope you have a happy and safe trip! Jodi WMCC

The Vreeland Store/Inn is on Facebook under The Vreeland Store. If you look at their Jan. 2 status, you can see pictures of the suites with info.

There is also a Holiday Inn Express in Wanaque which we stayed in few yrs ago and it was close to WM.

Holiday Inn in Wanaque went down hill Permanent guests drinking loud noises and not what it started up to be.

Midge when did that happen with Holiday Inn Express? I know people who have stayed there recently when coming back to this area for visits saying it was great.
