Ellie Powell Dodge Nature Center offers summer sessions for 4 year olds through their Dodge Nature Preschool. Rightin City of West St. Paul across from Garlough Environmental Magnet School.

we sent our daughter with friends to YMCA's Camp Spring Lake and LOVED IT. They have a Wee Backpacker program for 4 and 5 year olds. Only options are Lebanon Hills (great campground bit no pool/lake) and Byllesby which is on the water but I wouldn't swim in the lake as it's very murky. Also, Whitetail which is cabin style (3 cabins) which are booked out months in advance .....
