I use Dr. LIsa Youngblood at IU North and she takes Anthem. She has a male doctor who is her partner but I think he is retiring. However they already have another male doctor to replace him. Both use 688-5300.

Women's Specialty Clinic in Noblesville. Your insurance will not pay for the actual hormone treatment, but will most likely pay for the initial exam with the doc, and pay partial on the blood tests if you go to an Anthem approved blood draw center.
