Dave we are typical install costs around 3-4 thousand per ton. 12,000 BTU'S is a ton of ac. Around the Boston and NY area it goes up to 4-5 thousand per ton. My brother and his business partner own Fahrenheit Mechanical in Broad Brook if any assistance or quoting is required they do residential to industrial and are a very reputable company as a note.
