Same thing happened to us. It was also Mastec. Thankfully only cost us $300 to fix the busted pipe so I didn't bother going after them. I figured it was probably more of a headache than it was worth. They have yet to fully replace our grass. Horrible company!!! I hope you are able to get reimbursed.

We used a company called Decora Stone 954-684-2126. Ask for David. We bought the granite and had it delivered to his shop in Hialeah. They cut and installed the granite for both bathrooms.
