After my last baby was born, #4 over 13 years ago I started working out and did the Men’s Health Abs Diet. It got me down over 30lbs but then I stalled. I tried everything, I mean, seriously, you name it, fasting, nutrisystem, more cardio, less cardio more weights, slimfast, EVERYTHING, and everyone gave me their advice as the ‘right answer’. I eventually went to a weight loss center, it was in TN but I am sure they have them here. The doctor gave me a plan for my specific needs, tailored for my current body/health issues and also Phentermine. The weight came off and so far has stayed off for over 10 years. So don’t let anyone shame you!! This is your journey and you will figure it out for you!!! ❤️

I tried Qsymia through my primary care and it was effective, but then I started Cryotherapy and love it much, much more. I lost all my weight on cryo and never dieted. They just did a news story on channel 10 with Kristi Krueger on my weight loss on the local Cryo 954 place I go, if you want to see more. Here’s the link the the news story if you want to see. I went from a 16 to an 8, 218 lbs to 155 in about 5-6 months without trying (didn’t expect it! I was doing cryotherapy for the other benefits!) - https://www.facebook.com/cryotherapyqueen/posts/150150012243291
