Fair warning though if you are looking for this to be done soon that might be an issue. He is very busy right now. References certainly won't be an issue. He doesn't advertise. All of his work is from referrals and builders he has done work for for years. Good luck in your search!

Greg Robles of Kingdom Electric (720) 985-9575, did a great job at our house. Similar problem, we had a new main panel put in and redistributed the loads to more circuits. He started out covering anything around his work areas in plastic so they wouldn't get dusty. Main panel has no crossed wires so you can trace out where exactly each wire goes easily. Very reasonably priced too. Emailed us a PDFs for his bid and final bill.

They may be willing to give you a ballpark cost over the phone. On another note, we were just talking about needing to get a quote on some electrical work.
