I just read something about a trainer who works with deaf dogs. I can't remember where I saw it! Check with Foothills Animal Shelter good folks out there or Freedom Service Dogs. They might know something because they're both plugged in. Also Google "dog trainers in Colorado who train special needs or deaf dogs" bet something pops up.
