Dr. Kadum is the OBGYN at CHI St Alexius in Williston but if you prefer a female there is also Heidi Grondahl, WHNP or Shannon Shepherd, CNM who both work women's health. All are excellent choices. There are a lot of awesome parks in Williston for kids. The ARC has a lot of activities and sports that you can check out and sign up for on their website (for both adults and children). There are a lot of community events that are put on throughout the year.

I have a newer 3 bedroom mobile for rent . 850.00 a month on a 12 month lease. It includes everything but power and gas. Give me a call . I can send you pictures if you are interested 701-580-2287
Louisa R. replied:
The Williston Community Library does activities for young kids. Look up their FB page and follow for upcoming classes and events. My girls have enjoyed going! Dark Acres pumpkin patch opens in the fall with lots of activities for young kids as well as older. In December there are Christmas lights and activities at Spring Lake Park. There are 2 MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) groups in town that I know of. One at Life Church Assembly and one at New Hope church. A great place to go to meet other moms.

Pediatrician, I would go with Dr. Ponzio or Dr. Mulu at CHI St. Alexius. Also, gynecologist, Shannon Shepard at CHI. SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!!
Rachel R. replied:
Melissa Brown Kendall can help you with preschool. My son loved having her as a teacher. And I definitely second Dr Ponzio for a pediatrician, we don't use anyone but her, she's great.

=) thank you Heidi Jorgenson McCormick! & yes Pheasant Run Dental is amazing! I love the Dentists I work for. Paying up front is a drawback for many, especially with children, but some are opting for having cleanings one at a time and using the same money again when insurance check comes. We also got our CareCredit set up last week giving patients more options for paying up front without coming out of pocket. We would love to see your family Ruth! Our number is 701-577-3333 and we are open wed-sat!

My daughter has Mulu as her pediatrician, he's hard to understand sometimes but very nice and if you're sick when you're child is he's always willing to try to get you into someone, she also has Kemp as her family doctor and I can not say enough good things about him! Really all the pediatrician and doctors at Craven Hagen are amazing so who ever you you're able to go won't disappoint you.
Ashley E. replied:
Dr Kemp isn't taking any new patients. He is my kids dr as well. Need more like him.

Does anyone know of a good pediatrician in Williston?
Jamilyn T. replied:
Dr. Cook is the best one in Williston, but last I knew she was only taking new patients if they had special needs. There is a part-time one at Craven Hagan, but it's hard to catch her actually in town. I think the only place to really get in with a family doc these days is Craven Hagan or Trinity. (If either one of them has anyone taking new patients right now.) It's hard to find anyone taking new patients.
Kelsey F. replied:
I like Dr. Olsen at Trinity Clinic. Really nice guy and he's never made me wait! I am not sure if he's taking new patients though!
Sabrina R. replied:
Dr. Olson is a wonderful family doc for us. There are mixed feelings in town about Dr. Cook. She personally helped my little guy a lot when he had a bad scare, so I can't say anything negative about her. I would just reccommend you solicit a wide number of reviews about her and decide for yourself if you are leaning in that direction.

Who do other mom's reccomend in Williston?
Tiffany L. replied:
I loved Dr. Kemp when we lived there!! I wish we didn't have to drive so far away to see him now though
Natalie B. replied:
Just had my son, I was worried about not having a pediatrician either but they ask you when you are in there of you would like to use the one on call or have a preference or one lined up. I used the one on call and had no issues. She however was out for his first check up so we saw another Dr. Just requested for the next apt to be with his original seen pediatrician at time of birth. They are very good about making sure.
Illora B. replied:
I had Dr Nardozzi lined up before I had my daughter and she was the pediatrician on call when I had her so it worked it perfectly, she was there when I have birth to my daughter only cause there was some small concerns they wanted her there for when I had her. I love her she is great.
Jammie N. replied:
Dr Olson is really good with kids!
Dakota J. replied:
I called the day after I had my daughter and made an appointment... they are booked out. And she was to be seen within a week after delivery. Dr Nardozzi is her primary and we have had to see Olson too. Both are very nice and at trinity!:-)

Dr Olson is an amazing dr!
Megan T. replied:
I recommend Dr Robert kemp. Don't worry until after you have your baby. And then ask for him to be your pediatrician. He will/ should schedule a 2 week apt than a 2 month apt for shots. next week my boy is getting his shots kinda worried I don't want him to cry
Iso a pediatrician not at the craven-hagen clinic. Someone that answers the phone.
Sammi T. replied:
We see Dr Olson at Trinity. He has been great with communication.
Amanda K. replied:
Dr Seiwert at Trinity is a family practice doctor. He’s amazing with my kids!

Jenessa H. replied:
I've taken my son Trinity since we moved here. Dr. Siewert is wonderful, in a pinch he's also seen Dr. Olson and Dr. Hickock. I've seen Nardozzi, Rhule, and Lynch. They are all wonderful!
Courtney H. replied:
I love Dr. Olsen at trinity
Tonya H. replied:
Dr. Nardozzi is my granddaughters doctor
Lauren H. replied:
No crap !!! their call system sucks and I can literally drive from Alexander or even from Watford City to the craven Hagen clinic before someone will answer the phone and then they could still put you on hold ...
Kayla F. replied:
I personally like Dr.Keene. He’s a family doctor at craven hagan. The hospital is short staffed so be patient if they don’t answer. Tons of people call at the same time and some of those phone calls can take awhile.

Dr Keene or Dr mulu are amazing

I didn't like the pediatricians in Williston, so I travel to Sidney. Dr George is awesome!
Brittany P. replied:
Dr. Kemp is the best! The morning that I was suppose to be sent home with my son after having him dr kemp noticed some intense breathing issues which were caused by an infection in his body. If dr kemp wouldn't have noticed these issues and I would have taken my son home he could have died. He is an amazing doctor and will do everything possible to make sure your child has the best care. He is a family doctor through craven Hagen clinic but he is great! I recommend him 100%
Best pediatrician around? I've seen a lot of complaints about doctors and the hospital here and I had an awful experience at Craven-Hagen. Just want to get the best care...
Shelli P. replied:
I don't know any of the Craven-Hagen docs, although I've heard Dr Kemp is awesome. Pretty much all the docs at Trinity are good.
