One resolution I have is to find a family doctor that I actually like (is that possible?!) Any of my DE friends like yours and know they are taking new patients?

There are two clinics I know of (in Washington DC and the Baltimore area) that are LGBT inclusive. I believe the one in Baltimore follows WPATH, and the one in DC follows informed consent.
Baltimore clinic: http://www.chasebrexton.org/
DC clinic: http://www.whitman-walker.org/
I've not been to either of them, but I have my first appointment at Chase-Brexton in a little less than 2 weeks to start addressing my intersex issues and how they will impact me with starting HRT. Chase-Brexton was recommended to me by my transition therapist, and I found Walker-Whitman in the informed consent thread here on Reddit. Both clinics accept virtually all insurance, and offer sliding scale for those without insurance.
I believe the Baltimore clinic has an endocrinologist on site, but not sure about the DC one.
