If you go with a cheaper gypsy crew, they will probably not be familiar with the local disposal/pick-up policies. Regardless of who you go with, make sure you are familiar with the City of Wilmington debris policy and discuss exactly what they are going to do with the debris when they are finished. In particular, these two: Contracted work performed by tree service companies or independent contractors will not be collected by city crews; it is the responsibility of the contractor to remove and properly dispose of debris.
