Once the Express Y on Market at Kerr opens that would be a good place to start. They have all kinds of classes without judgment but great attitudes!

If you're in Brunswick County, come check out the Dinah E. Gore Fitness & Aquatics Center on the campus of Brunswick Community College. We have a complete fitness center, 40+ Group Fitness classes a week, 2 indoor pools, indoor track, gymnasium, personal training and more. Very affordable rates!

You may want a fitness trainer to educate you on proper body mechanics when working out. I recommend Fabio Alicea he is located at 24 fit and now at urban fitness as well!:-)
