Todd and Leo at Gold Express are wonderful but they are not Designers. They send their work out. Debra Wishon, the owner of Deva is an Artist/Designer. She does beautiful work but be prepared, it can be pricey.

I'm looking for the same girl. For the exact same reasons. If you go on care.com you can find in home caregivers. Some of them are higher priced than others....the only crappy thing on there is that you have to pay the $35 fee to join to view their more detailed information & stuff.
