I want to get a heart rate monitor to help me better track calories burned, but I don't want to spend a fortune. Do any of you have recommendations?

I paid the extra money for mine, simply because I could not wear the zip at work... it's too big. The One is tiny and can be clipped in the belt, pocket, or shirt. http://www.amazon.com/.../dp/B0095PZHPE/ref=sr_1_1...

Twin City Spark. Whitney Preslar is the best. For the first time ever, I'm learning the correct form and am doing things I didn't think I would be able to do. She's very affordable and is the whole package... Training, nutrition, motivation. I've lost 26 pounds since mid December.

I know this sounds kinda weird (since I own CF Downtown Winston) but based on your goals: If you are looking for 1-on-1 PT I'd recommend Josh at Amplitude since we do mainly group; for the run training Fleet Feet has a dedicated half marathon program that's really good.

Thank you all! I heard Fleet Feet was great for this. I'll also look for a personal trainer.
