Somehow I'm 32 and managed to NEVER do yoga!! I really want to start. I do need options before or after that whole 9-5 job thing that gets in the way. Any suggestions...

Realtor choice would be Ruth Prongay from Allen Tate Realty. Helped me tremendously when I purchased my house. Went far beyond the call of duty.

If they need a yoga instructor, Elizabeth Sadler Weiler is the best around. If I didn't have to work for a living, I'd be her #1 student - every class, every time.

The only hot studio that I know of at present is Yoga Dogz in Reynolda Village. However, I am not sure if they offer a Restorative Class..you can check online. The YMCA on Robinhood offers hot yoga- but again, I am not sure if it is restorative or power yoga. That can also be checked online by going to their website. I know of other Restorative classes, but not "hot". There are 3 very gentle yoga classes offered at Miller Park, and the room is warm...but not hot. I would be glad to help you find a good 'fit'--just message me if you would like.:)
