Moorings Hotel is nice too. Again though Ben Watts, if you want to go out into Glasgow at night prob best to stay in the city. Claire might be able to sort out a good rate for in town x
Pauline B. replied:
if you book the moorings through the site bookings.com, its 68 quid for a double room
Pauline B. replied:
bentley hotel is 60 quid for a double room on booking.com 55 quid for a twin room

Hey everyone the Premier Inn (Glasgow Central Charing Cross) has double rooms on Fri, Sat & Sun for £29 per night currently - have a look on their website:) xx

If you get the train from Glasgow Central Station to Motherwell it looks to be a straightforward 30 min direct journey with regular trains and current return price is £4.80 xxx
Pauline B. replied:
It's about 13 miles from Glasgow to Motherwell. Just to say if people are travelling a distance and by train it shouldn't cost any more to go to Motherwell than Glasgow. Also, charing cross is a bit of a distance from Glasgow Central train station if you don't know the area. It's as handy to stay in Motherwell. It's got a few takeaways in the town centre, a wetherspoons, couple of decent pubs and an asda, Aldi and lidl if people need to shop. Hamilton isn't too far out either.

Guys your best option is premier inn George square, millennium hotel, central hotel, Carlton George hotel, Brunswick hotel, mercure Ingram street. These are all walking distance from Central station and right in the heart of the city centre. Please if anyone needs help with choosing a hotel, pm me. X

I can get a special rate at the Thistle City Centre
Hi folks can anyone recommend a good hotel in Paris , preferably in the centre close to all the usual sightseeing stuff and either plush or boutique hotel x ? Xx thanks...

Raidisson Blu at the Arc de Triomphe, Fraser Suites Le Claridge on the Champs Elysses or the Novotel at Chatellet looks nice and is in a great central location. Any number of fancier places but you will pay an absolute fortune for those.
