Hi Katherine. At our last HMSA support group meeting on the 21 st March, one of the members had just seen a private physio which they found very useful and knowledgable, but they couldn't remember their name. They were going to bring their details to the next meeting, as a few people were interested. Our next Cardiff meeting is 18 th April, 2-4 pm. Non members are more than Welcome to attend one meeting before becoming members of the HMSA . If you'd like more information, please contact cardiff@hypermobility.org we also have a closed Facebook group for members, along with other benefits. It is a good time to become a member, as our bi-annual journal is coming out soon. http://hypermobility.org/membership/membership-benefits/

Hi Kimberley, don't know if you are in a position to but I went private to get my daughter diagnosed by Dr Hakim at Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth at St Johns Wood in London, where they have a private hypermobility unit. He is amazing and worth every penny. He sent a fantastic letter to our GP detailing all aspects of the condition and what he had advised to be done. Now our GP does what we ask most of the time. Good luck
