dudes even though there is no snow in the city, in mountain there is different climate, u dont have to wait. Check polish resorts like zieleniec (for beginners), czarna gora (all 2 about 110 km from Wroclaw) or come to Karkonosze (150 km from Wroclaw) Swieradow Zdroj, eventually Szklarska Poreba. If u would like to visit Czech Republic I recommend www.holidayinfo.cz to check all the resorts and their current conditions
