I've had mice scratching and chewing under my floors and in walls. So far I haven't heard them this winter yet. I've had to set mouse traps to keep them under control. Apparently peppermint oil repels them (Rite Aid sells it). I'll be curious to find out what's going on Dan. I called All Season Pest Control and they were a waste of money. All the guy did was put bait traps out (which I don't recommend if you have cats) and charged me several hundred dollars.
