Trust the advice from someone who went the cheaper route... I spent 3 times the price to have a tattoo fixed. Honestly, its cheaper in the long run to save those pennies and spend it on a more expensive artist. It depends on what you're looking for, but a guy named Ed Smith is exceptional and has done two of mine. I believe he now owns a shop called Lucky's in the wooster area. He used to work at LaRox, so if you talk to them they may have his info. I know Red Rabbit does very good work as well.
