We have been at Youngs gym for nearly 10 years in some capacity (gymnastics, all star cheer, tumble classes, track out camp, and private tumble lessons). Ask anyone who knows Alan Young and his wife Shannon, they are amazing people and they run a top notch program. Youngs Gym is a very family friendly gym. You just feel at home when you're at Youngs. The pizza delivery guy who commented earlier must have stopped by when track out camp was in session because I can tell you that their classes are 100% structured. They have some of the best coaches and instructors and their classes are wonderful. They teach kids from beginners to experienced tumblers ensuring that they get a good foundation of skills. They have classes for every level child.

What a great discussion, our area is lucky to offer three great programs. Young's and The Tumble Gym in Wake Forest are great programs that offer recreational gymnastics and tumbling. The owners are great and they hire quality instructors. My wife and I run Tri-County and we are proud of how well gymnastics is represented in our area. We encourage you to schedule a free trial class and find out more for yourself. Thank you Kate Alford, Carolyn Hawkins-Young, Hope Crabtree, and Aj Aj Shirely for the posts on our behalf. I used to be a member at LifeTime Athletic in off of Neuse River in Raleigh. It was a super nice gym with good classes and a kid center with classes and camps and stuff, I just didn't go enough to make it worth the price.
