Anyone know a eye doctor that takes medi cal and medi cal covers glasses?

Following this because I had an eye exam with Schultz who says I don't need glasses - though I can't see either near or far! But that I have no glaucoma or other issues which is what I wanted to know. I am looking for a doctor who WILL write a glasses prescription. And for anyone needy, The Lions Club offers glasses, you can find them online and find out where the nearest one is.

We were talking about eyeglasses. If you can't afford them then look into Lion's Club. Let me find you a link: http://www.pslionsclub.org/ This reaches the Palm Springs group.

I think Dr. Rachford in Yucca Valley Takes Medi-cal. But Don't get your glasses at the office, just get the eye exam and ask for a copy of the eye exam prescription. Take the prescription and buy your glasses at www.eyebuydirect.com . I buy all my glasses from them. I paid 20.00 dollars for 2 pair of glasses. Really good quality, better than the ones I paid 195.00 for at the Dr. office. I will always buy my glasses from them.
